Shipping policy

We want your TQDR order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship, when to expect your delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays in India. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be picked up for processing on the next business day.

During high-demand periods such as sale events, new collection launches, or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you by email or SMS if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all orders. There is no minimum order value required to avail free shipping. The price displayed at checkout is the final price — no additional delivery charges will be added.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery across India typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your delivery location. Orders to major metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.) often arrive sooner, while orders to remote or rural areas may take a few additional days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, courier partner capacity, and other external factors.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website or app to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you have not received tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Tqdr.in@gmail.com or +91 8264331503 and we will look into it promptly.

Courier Partners

We work with reputable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. The courier assigned to your shipment may vary depending on your delivery location and availability. We continually evaluate our logistics partners to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of checkout, including flat/house number, building name, street, locality, landmark, city, state, and PIN code. TQDR is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent due to an address error.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts if you are unavailable. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at Tqdr.in@gmail.com to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, TQDR is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

• Courier partner operational delays or backlogs
• Natural disasters, extreme weather, floods, or road conditions
• Government-imposed restrictions, lockdowns, or curfews
• Public holidays or large-scale events affecting logistics networks
• Strikes or other force majeure events

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and coordinate with our courier partners on your behalf.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date at Tqdr.in@gmail.com. We will raise a complaint with the courier and investigate the matter. Please note that TQDR cannot be held liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier to the correct address.

International Shipping

At this time, TQDR ships within India only. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping reach in the future — follow us to stay updated.
